I am a certified English teacher and school administrator. I taught English literature, reading, and writing to students from grade 8 to older adult for 22 years.

I have taught both native speakers of English as well as English-language learners.

I earned a BS degree in journalism and a BA degree in English from the University of Florida. I also earned an M.Ed. in educational leadership from the American College of Education.
